Meet Marty!
Hi! My name is Marty, I was hanging around a feral colony outside near a cemetery, and a nice lady was feeding me. That lady helped to trap me so I came to PAAWS RI to get neutered and be safe from the wildlife, mean dogs and cars and trucks racing down the street.
I love to eat (living outside, I didn’t always know if food would be there every day for me, so you may want to monitor my intake). I’m friendly but I do still get nervous so I need someone who can give me lots of wand toys and scratching posts to play on.
Using the toys (and not your hands too much) will help me get my nervous energy out. I do like my personal space, so a home with lots of room and people to engage me in play would be ideal!
I’d be best as the only cat in the house. Please ask the staff for more information.
